Who is behind it
QuickPath is a technology software platform operated by WeBrij Services Inc., a technology company headquartered in British Columbia, Canada.
Start-up Visa and job-creation mission. QuickPath was founded as part of British Columbia's innovation ecosystem, to help ease healthcare staffing shortages through software. By making direct connections between healthcare institutions and qualified professionals easier, it aims to create local jobs, strengthen local healthcare capacity and support community care in Greater Vancouver.

What guides the work
Three things QuickPath does today, rather than three things we intend to do.
- WeBrij administrators check every licence on the regulator's public register and show the date.Until an administrator has looked it up, a licence on this site says only that the professional gave us the number.
- We show only what is true; where we do not know, the page says nothing. No launch numbers, no testimonials and no outcomes appear before they exist.
- We start in Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.Healthcare professionals who already live and work here, and facilities providing care in the region. That is why the regulators named on this site are the ones that operate in British Columbia.

Where QuickPath stops
What a licence check covers, and what it does not.

A check is one thing: a WeBrij administrator looked the licence up on the regulator's own public register, and wrote down what the register said and the day it said it.
“Not yet checked” means the professional gave us the detail and nobody has looked it up yet. “Checked” means an administrator looked it up on the register on the date shown and recorded what it said: current, with conditions on practice, expired, or could not confirm. There is no badge that means more than that.
What it cannot tell you: whether someone is right for your ward, how they work under pressure, or what has happened since the day of the check. A register says whether a person is registered. It is not a reference and it is not a screening.
The mechanism, since a claim about a check is worth nothing without it. QuickPath does not check licences automatically, and no part of this site will tell you otherwise. The British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) publishes a free public register. Anyone can search it (QuickPath, you, a family), one registrant at a time, by last name or by registration number. There is no login and there is no automated route: for more than one name, BCCNM's own instruction is to email the list to the college and wait for its reply. So an administrator checks licences the way everyone else does: one at a time, by hand.
- It does not employ the professional. You do, under your own contracts and your own terms.
- It does not replace your hiring checks: references, interviews, criminal record checks and site onboarding remain yours.
- It does not vouch for anything the regulator does not publish. A public register says whether someone is registered, not whether they are right for your ward.
- It does not guarantee a shift is filled, and it does not promise a reply within a stated time. When a response time is committed to, it will be written here.
