What we collect, and what we do with it.

QuickPath collects the details you type into its forms so that a person can answer you. This page says exactly what those details are, who sees them and how to have them removed. Effective 17 October 2026.

Who is responsible

QuickPath is a technology platform operated by WeBrij Services Inc., British Columbia. WeBrij Services Inc. is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and handles it under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What the forms collect

Only what you type. Depending on which form you use, that is some or all of the following:

  • Your name.
  • Your email address.
  • Your phone number, where you choose to give one.
  • Your role, or the role you need covered.
  • Your availability, or the shift details: setting, city, dates and notes.
  • Your licence body and licence number, on the healthcare worker form, where you choose to give them. Both fields are optional.

Nothing else is gathered through these forms. The sign-in version at /app asks for more, and what it keeps is described below.

Why it is collected

To respond to your request, and for nothing else. A person reads what you send so they can answer your question, reply about the shift you described, or check the licence of a healthcare worker who joins. Your details are not sold, rented, or used to send you marketing.

Who sees it

QuickPath and WeBrij Services Inc. staff working on your request. The message is delivered to the team's mailbox by an email provider, which handles it in transit. When a facility is to see your details, that is a decision you make, when you apply.

Companies run QuickPath for WeBrij. Amazon Web Services keeps the database, the uploaded documents and the email service in WeBrij's own account, and Google runs QuickPath's mailbox, which receives every form message and every privacy request. If you allow notifications in the phone app, Expo, with Apple or Google, carries each notification and its short message. Aisla Software Development Services builds and runs QuickPath for WeBrij; its named people reach your details only to run and repair the service. Each of these companies holds your details for WeBrij. Nobody else sees your details without your say-so, unless the law requires it.

How long it is kept

For as long as it takes to answer you and to deal with the request you sent. After that it is deleted on request, and you can ask at any time.

Seeing it, correcting it, having it deleted

Under PIPA you can ask to see the personal information WeBrij Services Inc. holds about you, ask for anything wrong in it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@quickpath.ca, which is the address for every privacy request, and say which of the three you want. Ask from the address you wrote in, or tell us enough to find the request.

Cookies and analytics

This website and its sign-in version at /app set one cookie that you need: the sign-in cookie. It holds your sign-in and nothing else, it cannot be read by scripts on the page, and it is gone when you sign out. If you use Google or Apple to continue, short-lived cookies are set for ten minutes while that sign-in finishes, and scripts cannot read them either.

If you open a link that ends in ?look=bw, which is how the team previews the black-and-white version of the site, the site saves the word bw in a cookie for a year so that the look stays; it holds nothing about you. If you use the phone app, it keeps your sign-in in the phone's protected storage instead. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics tools and no other third-party scripts. Nothing is tracked across other websites, which is why there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top changes too.

The sign-in version at /app

QuickPath has a version behind a sign-in at /app. If you create a profile there, what you type and the documents you upload are stored so that they can be shown back to you and, when you apply, to the facility you choose. The same rights above apply to it: write to hello@quickpath.ca to see it, correct it or have it removed.

Questions

Write to hello@quickpath.ca. A person reads it.
