What joining gets you

Three things, and none of them costs you anything. How it works, step by step.

One-time setup

Your qualifications, the Lower Mainland cities you prefer and the shifts you can actually take, entered once. Not an application form with forty fields, and not again for every booking.

100% free, always

Healthcare professionals never pay fees to join, search or connect on QuickPath.

How QuickPath works

Granular privacy switches

You control your profile visibility. Switch profile sections on or off before you apply to any role. When you apply, the facility receives only the details you chose to share.

Who can join

Healthcare workers licensed in British Columbia and working in Greater Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Choose what you do, and the line under it names who licenses it here.

Choose a profession to see who licenses it in British Columbia and what QuickPath checks.

Where there is no college
  • Health care assistants have no regulatory college in BC. They are listed on the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry, which is a registry rather than a college, so employers verify registry standing themselves.
  • Respiratory therapy is not a regulated profession in British Columbia. Practitioners hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist credential from the Canadian Society of Respiratory Therapists, so employers check that credential themselves.
  • Medical laboratory technologists have no regulatory college in British Columbia today, so employers check the national certification from the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science themselves.

Join QuickPath

Joining is free. Set your availability once, then apply to open shifts yourself.

Your role, your Lower Mainland cities and the shifts you can take. A facility you apply to receives the details you chose to share and can contact you directly.

Join free

An employer sees whether your licence has been checked, and what the register said.

What you send shows as Not yet checked until a WeBrij administrator checks your licence on the regulator's public register after you join.

When you apply, the employer receives the contact details you chose to share.

Not yet checkedChecked on the regulator's public register, on the date shown

The check is a look-up against the regulator's own public register, recorded with the date it happened. Where QuickPath stops explains what that does and does not cover.

Questions healthcare workers ask

Written for QuickPath as it is today. Where the honest answer is that there is nothing to promise yet, that is the answer.

Does it cost anything?

No. Joining QuickPath is free for healthcare workers.

Do I need an account?

Joining creates one: you confirm your email with a six-digit code, and there is no password. A WeBrij administrator then checks your licence on the regulator's public register.

Who sees my details?

WeBrij administrators can open the documents you upload, to check them. When you apply for a role, that facility receives the details you chose to share, including contact details if you shared them.

What do you check?

A WeBrij administrator checks your registration on the regulator's own public register and records the date, and checks your work eligibility. Where your profession has no college in BC, we record the certification or registry number you give and say that it came from you.

Which roles can join?

Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Health Care Assistant, Nurse Practitioner and Physiotherapist lead the chooser above, and the other regulated professions follow under their own heading. If yours is not listed, write to hello@quickpath.ca and say what you do.

How do I get paid?

By the facility, under its own contract. QuickPath does not employ you, pay you or take a cut of your wage.

Set your role and when you can work.

It is free to join. Set your role and availability once, then apply to open shifts in one tap.
