Pharmacy Assistant jobs

Pharmacy assistants support the pharmacist and pharmacy technicians: taking in prescriptions, counting and packaging stock, and keeping the dispensary running.

What a Pharmacy Assistant needs to join

  • Your pharmacy assistant training certificate, if you have one.
  • Photos of your licence or certificate and your ID, from your phone. You can add them after you join.
  • Proof you can work in Canada, added privately to your profile.
  • The days and shifts you can work.
  • An email you check: the sign-in code goes there, and there is no password.

To join you need only your name, email, city, role and when you can work. Everything on this list can wait.

How a Pharmacy Assistant licence is checked today

Today we check licences on BC regulators' public registers.

Who licenses it in BC

No regulatory college in BC

Pharmacy assistants are not registered with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia, which registers pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Employers check training and experience themselves.

There is no BC public register to search for this role, so your profile says so plainly and the employer checks your certificate with you.

From joining to your first shift

  1. Publish your availability

What you are licensed to do, the cities you prefer and the shifts you can take, entered once. Joining costs you nothing.

  2. Registry and work eligibility checks

Where your role has a public register, Webrij administrators look your licence up there. They also check your work eligibility and record the date and the outcome.

  3. Apply and connect directly

Browse open roles and apply in one tap. The facility receives the details you chose to share and contacts you directly.
